Devastating photos.
J. Robert Oppenheimer (director of the Manhattan Project) stated that while watching the first nuclear bomb test he was reminded of a line from the Hindu scripture (the Bhagavad Gita): “I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.”
Let us hope and pray that nuclear weapons will never again be used.
